There is visible cosmetic wear from normal use, including scratches, small dents, hardware oxidation and noticeable wear to the pickguard finish around the pickups and controls. There is also a faint circular discoloration\/mark on the lower front of the body that can be seen in the photos.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe frets show almost no wear and have plenty of life remaining.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOne of the most appealing things about this guitar is how period-correct the whole design feels. The metallic burst finish, HSS setup, 24-fret neck and matching painted headstock are pure late-1990s Japanese Superstrat styling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInformation on these early Metal Driver guitars is limited, and even Japanese dealers note that surviving documentation is sparse.
