Available now at the Japanese Guitar Company is a brand-new, unplayed 2026 Traditional Late 60s reissue Jazzmaster in a spectacular Ocean Turquoise Metallic finish with a matching painted headstock. This premium instrument beautifully captures the look and feel of the late-1960s transition era, pairing high-end vintage styling with the peerless manufacturing quality of the Nagoya facility.

The core build pairs a resonant alder body with a maple neck appointed with crisp white neck binding and pearloid block inlays running up the rosewood fingerboard. The neck is carved to a substantial, historic U shape profile with a vintage-accurate 9.5 inch fretboard radius and 21 vintage frets, providing an exceptionally solid feel that handles everything from rhythmic surf leads to ambient shoegaze tracking. For electronics, it comes equipped with a pair of factory vintage-voiced single-coil pickups wired to traditional dual-circuit rhythm/lead slide controls, offering an incredible variety of warm mid-range woody bark and bright, clear snap.

The hardware is completely pristine, featuring original vintage-style tuners, an adjustable six-saddle bridge, and a classic floating tremolo tailpiece system for incredibly smooth pitch modulation.

This guitar is in absolute showroom mint condition and has never been played. The original factory text sticker is still fully intact on the multi-ply white pickguard, the gloss polyester finish is entirely free of handling marks, and the frets have 100 percent life remaining with zero wear. It has gone through our workshop check to verify it arrives perfectly dialed in with low action and spot-on intonation straight out of the box.
