The combination of the metallic Lake Placid Blue finish, matching headstock and heavily figured Foto Flame neck really makes this one stand out.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe guitar was just cleaned, restrung and professionally set up and is playing great. Surprisingly, despite the amount of cosmetic wear, the \u003cstrong\u003efrets show very little wear\u003c\/strong\u003e and have tons of life remaining.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCosmetically, this is definitely a player's guitar. There are numerous dings, scratches, scuffs and finish chips throughout the body, including some larger areas of wear. Please look through the photos closely, as we have made an effort to show the condition clearly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe most notable issue is the Foto Flame finish on the back of the neck. There are numerous prominent cracks throughout the Foto Flame layer. \u003cstrong\u003eThese are finish-related and the neck itself is solid.\u003c\/strong\u003e The cracked areas are stable and are not peeling or lifting. There was one area where a piece of the finish had chipped away. That area was stabilized with CA glue and carefully leveled so that while the repair remains visible, it cannot be felt while playing and the surrounding finish is solid.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere is also cracking\/chipping around the rear edge of the headstock Foto Flame finish, as pictured.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe tremolo backplate is missing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIncludes the pictured gig bag.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf cosmetic wear doesn't bother you, this is an incredible player and a particularly interesting piece of '90s Fender Japan history.
