1987 Yamaha SFX-II MIJ Electric Guitar White

Very cool Yamaha SFX-II made in Japan. These guitars are becoming increasingly difficult to find and are known for their comfortable double-cut body, fast neck, and excellent Japanese craftsmanship.

This guitar has just been cleaned, restrung, and professionally set up here at Japanese Guitar Company. It plays great with really low action and has almost no fret wear, making it a fantastic player.

Cosmetically, the guitar is in very good condition overall. There are some dings, scratches, and general signs of use throughout the finish, but nothing out of the ordinary for a vintage instrument of this age. The gold hardware has developed a nice vintage patina that complements the guitar well.

Please note that the original locking nut pieces are missing. Replacement clamps are inexpensive and readily available if you wish to restore the locking system, but the guitar functions well as it sits.
