Holly Flying V Reissue 1977 Aged Cherry Metallic Chushin Gakki Japan

This vintage Holly Flying V electric guitar delivers the iconic aesthetic and explosive sonic signature of a legendary late-sixties rock weapon. Masterfully built in Japan by the highly regarded Chushin Gakki workshop, this model features a striking Aged Cherry metallic finish applied over a contoured body styled after classic 1967 specifications. Equipped with a pair of highly articulate original Japanese humbucking pickups, this guitar serves up a perfect mixture of smooth mid-range warmth and aggressive top-end bite that excels through a overdriven tube amplifier.

As a premium vintage instrument curated directly for our shop, this piece remains in excellent overall condition, easily earning an eight-point-five out of ten cosmetic rating. The glossy metallic finish exhibits only minor surface swirling, tiny edge nicks, and honest hardware tarnish on the original three-on-a-plate open tuners consistent with careful handling through the decades. This guitar has just undergone a comprehensive technical overhaul in our workshop, featuring a fresh fret level, precision recrowning, and a mirror polish across the entire rosewood fingerboard.

Purchasing this serviced vintage instrument from our physical inventory means you bypass the classic headaches of international customs delays, unpredictable import tariff conversions, and risky transoceanic shipping. Our team has fully detailed the hardware, cleaned the electronics pot assembly, restrung the guitar, and applied a complete professional setup to ensure immediate, low-action playability right out of the shipping crate.
