2020 Fender Made in Japan Traditional II 60s Telecaster Vintage White

Beautiful 2020 Fender Made in Japan Traditional II 60s Telecaster finished in Vintage White.

The Made in Japan Traditional II series combines classic Fender styling with Japanese production and some slightly modernized playability. This 60s model features a basswood body, maple neck with a "U" profile, rosewood fingerboard with a 9.5" radius, 21 vintage-style frets, and a 25.5" scale. Electronics consist of a pair of vintage-style Tele single-coil pickups with traditional master volume, master tone and 3-way switching. The vintage-style bridge uses three threaded steel saddles.

Serial number JD20001000, dating this example to 2020. This is particularly neat because the revised Traditional II 60s Telecaster was introduced in Japan in March 2020, making this an early-production example of the model.

This one is in excellent overall condition with very little evidence of use. The Vintage White finish presents beautifully, and the rosewood fingerboard has some especially attractive figuring. There is almost no measurable fret wear.

It has just been cleaned, restrung and professionally set up and is ready to play.
