Fender Japan JB-75 Jazz Bass w/ Badass II Bridge – 3-Tone Sunburst 02-04
Just cleaned, restrung, and professionally set up with a comfortable low action. This bass plays exceptionally well and is ready to go.
Crafted in Japan with Q-serial Q062522, dating production to approximately 2002–2004. This is a JB-75 reissue featuring the classic vintage-inspired appointments including block inlays, bound rosewood fingerboard, ash body with beautiful 3-Tone Sunburst finish, and an upgraded Badass II bridge.
The Badass II bridge is a highly regarded aftermarket upgrade that provides increased sustain and allows for more precise intonation while preserving the classic Jazz Bass feel and tone.
Overall, the bass is in very good condition. The finish shows only light cosmetic wear from normal use, the neck is straight, and the frets have virtually no wear, leaving years of life ahead.
The electronics function exactly as they should, delivering the articulate, punchy tone that has made Japanese Fender Jazz Basses so respected among players and collectors.
The only notable flaw is a small area along the side of the body where the finish has begun to lift and feels like it may eventually chip. This has been clearly photographed so there are no surprises.
A fantastic Japanese-made Jazz Bass that is equally at home on stage, in the studio, or in a collection.
