2017 Fender Japan ST62-TX 60s Stratocaster Texas Special MIJ Sunburst

Up for sale is a 2017 Fender Japan ST62-TX Stratocaster in Sunburst finish with factory Texas Special pickups, rosewood fingerboard, original gig bag, tremolo arm, and original paperwork.

The ST62-TX models are some of the more desirable modern Fender Japan Strats, combining classic early-60s styling with the hotter and more expressive Texas Special pickup set from the factory. This one delivers all the vintage Strat sparkle and clarity you would expect, but with a little more output, midrange, and bite compared to standard vintage-style pickups.

This guitar has just been cleaned, restrung, and professionally set up. It plays excellent with comfortable action and a smooth, broken-in feel.

Condition is excellent overall. The darker rosewood board on this one looks especially nice and gives the guitar a very classy vintage-inspired look overall.

The sunburst finish is particularly striking in person, with deep red outer edges that almost give it a cherry burst appearance under certain lighting.
