Westminster Electric Guitar - White - Japan w/ Hard Case

This vintage Japanese-made Westminster has all the charm you'd expect from an early MIJ S-style guitar. Finished in a nicely aged Olympic White-style finish with naturally yellowed plastics, it has developed the kind of vintage appearance that many modern relic guitars try to imitate.

We just cleaned, restrung, and set the guitar up here at the shop. It plays comfortably up and down the neck and the electronics are functioning properly. The neck plate is stamped "Steel Adjustable Neck – Made in Japan," pointing to its Japanese origins during the golden era of export guitars.

The three single-coil pickups deliver classic chimey clean tones with plenty of sparkle and bite, making it a fun instrument for everything from vintage rock and blues to surf and garage-style sounds.

Cosmetically, the guitar shows honest age and use throughout. The finish has naturally aged over the years and there are scattered dings, scratches, and signs of handling consistent with a vintage instrument. The rear tremolo cavity cover is missing, which is common on many older Japanese guitars.

Includes a hard case.
