Made in Japan, this Yamaha FG-200 is a classic vintage dreadnought known for its warm, balanced tone and excellent build quality. It has just been cleaned, restrung, and professionally set up, making it ready to play right out of the case.

Overall, the guitar is in good condition with little to no fret wear. The spruce top has aged beautifully, and the mahogany back and sides show attractive vintage character. There are several cosmetic dings, scratches, and finish marks throughout the body consistent with normal use over the years, including a few more noticeable marks on the back and sides (see photos). None of these affect playability or structural integrity.

The neck is straight, the action is comfortable, and the guitar plays cleanly up and down the fretboard. The original Yamaha-branded tuners operate smoothly.
