Yamaha Super Combinator 700 Electric Guitar MIJ Black w/ Original Pickups – Made in Japan
Very cool and increasingly hard-to-find Yamaha Super Combinator 700 made in Japan.
This is one of Yamaha's lesser-seen '80s models and has a look all its own. The sleek double-cut body, three proprietary single-coil pickups, dual mini-toggle switches, and black finish give it a unique appearance that stands apart from the typical S-style guitars of the era.
Just cleaned, restrung, professionally set up here at Japanese Guitar Company, and ready to play. It has low, comfortable action and an easy-playing neck that feels great all the way up the fretboard.
Overall, the guitar is in very good condition for its age. The frets show only minimal wear and have plenty of life remaining. Cosmetically, there is normal play wear throughout including scratches, small dings, edge wear, and finish imperfections that are consistent with a well-cared-for vintage instrument. Nothing affects the playability or functionality whatsoever.
Everything appears to be functioning properly, and the guitar delivers the excellent craftsmanship that made vintage Yamaha instruments so highly regarded.
