1977 Greco EG Standard MIJ Sunburst Electric Guitar Dimarzio USA
Very cool 1977 Greco EG Standard made in Japan. These late-'70s Greco EG models have become increasingly sought after thanks to their excellent Japanese craftsmanship, comfortable feel, and classic single-cut design.
This guitar has been upgraded with a pair of vintage DiMarzio Made in U.S.A. humbuckers featuring the desirable braided lead wiring. They deliver a fuller, more powerful tone than the original pickups while maintaining a classic vintage character.
Just cleaned, restrung, and professionally set up here at Japanese Guitar Company. It's currently playing great with low action and has a comfortable feel all the way up the neck.
Overall, the guitar shows a good amount of cosmetic wear from decades of use, including dings, scratches, finish chips, and general player wear throughout. Despite the cosmetic wear, it remains a solid-playing instrument with plenty of life left. The frets show only minimal wear and have many years of playing remaining.
A fantastic vintage Japanese guitar that's equally at home on stage, in the studio, or in a collection.
