Vintage Abe Guitar Model 520 Classical Acoustic Guitar Japan w/ Hard Case

Vintage Made in Japan Abe Guitar Model 520 classical guitar supervised by Yasuo Abe and built by Zen-On Music Co. Just cleaned and restrung with fresh nylon strings and ready to play. Includes the pictured hard case.

This is a nice vintage Japanese classical with a warm, balanced tone and attractive natural finish. The guitar features traditional classical styling with mahogany back and sides, decorative rosette, and slotted headstock design.

Action measures approximately 5mm at the 12th fret on both E strings, so the action is on the higher side but still playable and sounds good for fingerstyle and classical playing.

Cosmetically, the guitar shows normal vintage wear throughout including light scratches, small dings, and finish wear from age and use. Nothing major structurally noted. Frets show light wear and the neck appears straight.

A cool vintage MIJ classical from the respected Zen-On/Abe line.
