Aria Pro II RS Wildcat Circa 1986 - Red Japan Electric Guitar

Made in Japan during the golden era of Aria Pro II production, this circa 1986 RS Wildcat combines a distinctive original body design with the fast feel and versatile electronics that made Japanese performance guitars of this period so popular.

This Wildcat features a vibrant red finish with a matching painted neck and headstock, black pickguard, rosewood fingerboard, HSS pickup configuration, and an Aria ACT-2 locking tremolo system. Controls include master volume and tone controls, a five-way pickup selector, and an additional mini toggle for expanded tonal options.

The guitar has just been cleaned, restrung, and professionally set up with low action. It plays comfortably throughout the neck and is ready to go.

Overall condition is excellent, particularly for a roughly 40-year-old instrument. There are only minor chips, small dings, light scratches, and normal signs of age and handling. The most noticeable small finish chips are along portions of the body edge, but there is no major cosmetic damage. The frets show only very light wear and have plenty of life remaining.

The matching red neck and headstock give this one an especially striking appearance, while the original-style HSS electronics provide plenty of versatility for clean tones, classic rock, hard rock, and higher-gain playing.
